To register on our panel, you’ll need to be registered with Virgin Money first. Then you can sign in and apply or track cases with Clydesdale.
How to join our panel
Once registered with Virgin Money, follow these steps to join our panel:
- Register for Clydesdale’s online portal
- Check your inbox for an activation email and click the link within 24 hours to activate your account
- Log in to our portal using your email and password and then log out
- Email brg.team@cybg.com with your FCA number – we’ll validate your account and email to confirm you can submit applications
