Welcome to our case tracking system. Here you can stay up to date with the progress of your client’s application and upload supporting documentation.
On submitting a case you will receive an email to confirm receipt. Updates on the case tracker will then usually go live within 48 hours of the case being submitted. We will also email you when your client’s case reaches key stages and if additional or outstanding information is required.
The case tracker is built in to our online application system so you use the same login details to track your cases as you used to submit the application.
Please note that only the account used to submit the application can upload supporting documentation via case tracker.
Already registered for our online application system?
You can immediately upload the supporting documents you have for your case as soon as you have submitted the application, no need to wait for the application tracker to go live. This will ensure your case progresses as quickly as possible.
When uploading supporting documentation, please follow the guidance on the packaging requirements page to ensure the documents are uploaded successfully.
