For the quickest turnaround, please submit your documents, via the portal, when submitting the case online and contact us to make payment for any applicable valuation fee as this is not an automated process

Once successfully uploaded to the application, we’re taking 3 working days to process and assess a document

Current average time taken from application to Offer: 15 days

The applications processed most quickly are the ones that meet our packaging requirements. Check you have everything packaged correctly with how to apply before you submit.
