The process should take around 5-10 minutes to complete. We’ll ask about your customer, their income, their expenditure and any other property details.
You will receive an estimated maximum lending amount for your customer based on the details provided.
We continue to review all full applications on a case by case basis, carrying out a full underwriting assessment where appropriate, and ensuring your client is treated as an individual.
