We’ve made some changes to Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made some reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 18 June.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• • Selected Residential 65%-85% 2 and 5 year rates have been reduced by up to 0.16%.
• • Selected Residential 90%-95% 2 and 5 year rates have been reduced by up to 0.20%.

Exclusives

• • Residential 95% 2 year Purchase Exclusive rate has been reduced by up to 0.23%.
• • Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.19%.
• • Residential 65% 2 year Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusive has been reduced by 0.05%.

Professional

• • Selected residential 85%-95% 2 and 5 year Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates have been reduced by up to 0.25%.
• • We’ve also increased our Professional products maximum loan sizes.

BTL

• • 2 year 75% BTL rates have been reduced by 0.20%.
• • We’ve also made our 2 year fee offer rates available to new customers.
