We’ve made some changes to Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made some reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Friday 16 May.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• Selected Residential 65%-75% 2 and 5 year rates have been reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Residential 80% 2 year >£1m Discount Offset has been reduced by 0.10%.

Exclusives

• Residential 90% 2 year Purchase Exclusive rate has been reduced by 0.10%.
• Residential 65%-75% 2 and 5 year Large Loan Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Residential 75%-80% 2 and 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.20%.
• Residential Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusives have been reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Residential 50% Large Loan Exclusives have been reduced by up to 0.15%.

Professional

• Selected residential 65%-80% 2 and 5 year Professional rates have been reduced by up to 0.25%.
