We’ve made some changes to Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made some rate reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 6 August.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• Selected Residential 80%-95% 2 and 5 year rates have been reduced by up to 0.19%.

Exclusives

• Residential 90% 5 year Purchase Exclusive rate has been reduced by 0.05%.
• Residential Remortgage Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.28%.
• Residential Purchase and Remortgage 75% and 80% 2 Year Fee Offer Exclusives have been reduced by up to 0.14%.

The end dates have moved to 30 November of the relevant year.

We also launched the following products on Wednesday 6 August

• Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusives, with £1,499 fee, starting from 4.09%.
• BTL 60% 5 year Purchase Exclusive, with £999 fee, at 4.65%.
