We’ve made some changes to Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made some increases to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 4 June.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• Selected Residential 65%-75% 2 & 5 Year core rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.

Exclusives

• Selected Residential 50%-75% 2 & 5 Year Large Loan Exclusive rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.
• 2 & 5 year 65% LTV Product Transer Exclusive rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.
• 2 & 5 year 75% LTV Remortgage Exclusives rates have been increased by 0.10%.
• Residential 2 & 5 Year 90% LTV Purchase Exclusive rates have been increased by 0.10%.

Professional

• Selected 2 & 5 year 65%-75% LTV Professional rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.
