We’ve increased selected rates

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products Monday 15 September.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• • 65% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.16%.
• • 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.10%.
• • 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.35%.
• • 85% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.05% to 4.83%.
• • 90% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.05% to 4.84%.
• • 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed £999 fee rates have been increased by up to 0.10%.

Exclusives

• • Selected Residential Remortgage 75%-80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.24%.
• • Residential Purchase 85% & 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.15%.
• • £1m-£3m Large Loan Exclusive 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.16%.

Professional

• • 65% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate has been increased by 0.20% to 4.35%.

BTL

• • Selected 60-75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.15%.
