We’re launching new Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Monday 13 October.

Core Residential (New Business Only)

• NEW Residential 85% 2 and 5 year rates, available for part and part applications, starting from 4.48%.

Residential Large Loan (Including Product Transfer)

• Residential >£1m 85% 2 and 5 year rates now available for part and part applications.

Product Transfer Only

• NEW Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Fixed Fee rates, starting from 4.33%.

The new rates are available for applications from Monday 13 October.
