Great news, we’ve updated our approach to Clydesdale Bank valuation fees.
Free valuations
Clydesdale Bank products currently all come with a free valuation, for properties up to £3m. That’s all new Clydesdale Bank purchase and remortgage applications for both Residential and Buy-to-Let, excluding porting.
Now, where we offer a free valuation and the property is valued over £3m, we’ll cover the cost up to £3m. This means that for properties over £3m, your client pays the difference in fee between £3m and the value of their property, instead of paying the full price.
This change takes effect for any applications received from Monday 13 October onwards.
