Increased LTV of 80% for residential mortgages up to £1.5m

We are pleased to announce that with immediate effect, we have made improvements to our large loan LTV limits.

For residential C&I loans between £750,000 and £1,500,000 we have increased the maximum LTV to 80%.

Where any part of the loan is interest only, the property must be located in London & South East^ to qualify for the overall LTV of 80%, with no more than 75% being on an interest only basis. Otherwise the maximum LTV is 75%.

^London & South East defined as: Greater London (postcodes starting E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, or UB), Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex.

For residential C&I loans up to £750,000 our maximum LTV remains at 90%.
