Free Valuations
We love making things easier for our customers and are always looking for ways to improve our service. This is why all new Clydesdale purchase products now include a free basic valuation.
This change applies to all new Clydesdale purchase applications for both Residential and Buy-to-Let, excluding porting. Just as a reminder, all Clydesdale remortgage applications already offer free valuations, plus our full Virgin Money range includes a free basic valuation too.
So, whether your clients are buying their first home or looking for a new product, they won’t have to pay any extra for the property valuation (subject to our existing criteria, such as maximum property value of £3m).
