Decisions you can trust

We’re here to help you submit your case, letting you know what documentation you need to send us. Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll get a decision in principle within 48 hours.

If any more documents are needed, we’ll let you know with the decision in principle.

We’ll do everything we can to put people’s minds at ease by keeping you and your clients posted every step of the way.

Our team of experts will get in touch to say what’s needed to fully package the application. If there’s anything missing or outstanding, don’t panic - we’ll keep you informed.

Service Commitment

Once the application’s fully packaged, we aim to issue an Offer to your customer within ten working days. If we don’t, your customer will get £100 on us. Terms apply.
