We’ve reduced rates on selected products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Friday 25 November.

New customer products

• Residential 75% & 80% LTV fixed rate fee savers re-launched, now from 5.42%.
• 75% - 90% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.48%, now from 4.99%.
• Selected BTL 60% - 75% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.41%, now from 5.39%.
• Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates reduced by up to 0.33%, now from 5.40%.
• Exclusive £1-£2m 75% LTV fixed rates with £1,999 fee reduced by up to 0.44%, now from 5.22%.
• £1m+ 65% - 85% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.48%, now from 5.30%.

Product Transfer

• 65% - 95% LTV fixed rates with £499 fee reduced by up to 0.48%, now from 4.95%.
• 65%-95% LTV fixed rate fee savers reduced by up to 0.40%, now from 5.16%.
• BTL 60% - 80% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.41%, now from 5.39%.
