We’ve reduced rates on selected products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following residential products on Friday 4 November.

New customer products

• C&I 75% - 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates with £999 fee have been reduced by up to 0.25%, available from 5.44%.
• £1m+ 65% - 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.25%, available from 5.59%.
• IO 75% - 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.25%, available from 5.69%.
• Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.15%, available from 5.79%.

Product Transfer

• 65% - 95% LTV rates with £499 fee have been reduced up to 0.25%, available from 5.38%.
• 65%-95% LTV fee saver rate have been reduced up to 0.30%, available from 5.64%.
