Today, we are delighted to announce the launch of our lowest ever 2 year fixed rate mortgage with rates from 1.89%! Loans over £1m are now available with rates from 1.99%.

In addition, we are also making significant reductions to some of our rates across other 2 and 5 year loans for residential mortgages. All changes are detailed below.

• 2 year fixed < 60% with an initial rate of 1.89%
• Interest only - 2 year fixed < 60% with an initial rate of 2.09%
• 2 year fixed < 60% ( > £1m) with an initial rate of 1.99%
• Interest only - 2 year fixed < 60% ( > £1m) with an initial rate of 2.19%
• 5 year fixed < 60% with an initial rate of 2.79%
• Interest only - 5 year fixed < 60% with an initial rate of 2.99%
• 5 year fixed < 60% ( > £1m) with an initial rate of 2.89%
